We were overall very pleased with our stay at this rental. It was very comfortable for four adults and a toddler. The staff worked with our schedule with our child for check in/out. We arrived at our rental a little early and drove by and noticed that the screen of porch door was broken. We called the rental company and went to lunch. When we returned the issue had been fixed. The location was great and the porch was almost as good as the beach. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Was a great little three bedroom house on the beach. The screened in porch is what really made the house, I dont think we ate a meal inside the house. We had four adults and two children, but the double bunkbeds in the kids room would have made 4 adults and 4 kids comfortable. Home was spotless, and their were no issues.

The porch makes this rental worth putting up with it's '50's style. Furnishings were nice & comfortable for 4 adults. Nice to have access to amenities used on the beach. Floors & baseboards were dirty and there were ants. We would rent this house again.

The location was great. The beach was amazing. The layout of the house was nice, however it was not very clean. The bathrooms all had hair in the sinks and tubs. The master bed linens had long dark hairs all over under the top sheet. The house needed a good dusting because the vent covers were actually fuzzy. The screen in the screen door was loose and flapping in the wind. All that said we really did have a nice trip and enjoyed ourselves. The screened in porch was probably our favorite place to sit while there. We loved the porch swing and all the rockers.

My parents and my siblings got together for the first time in years, and this was amazing and awesome. We loved it here and did not want to leave!

We thought the house was well organized, although the wireless internet connection at the kitchen bar wasted some valuable prep space. All appliances worked perfectly and there were more than adequate supplies such as pots and pans and dishes. The rooms were comfortable and the deck was nice. We were disappointed when the metal legs of the picnic table on the deck collapsed due to salt-air induced corrosion.

The plusses are numenerous - a couple are: location near the water - this kids could walk to it, and comfort of the house - the layout was great for the number of persons there - the windows were the best. they were a main reason for choosing the house - great light. we were a bit surprised by the low water pressure and the lack of better restaurants on the island, but neither was enough to make us reconsider coming back next year, and neither was enough to prevent us from inquiring about real estate prices. We loved the area.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying in this house. It was perfect for us to relax and wind down on beautiful Dauphin Island. The house was very clean and pleasantly funrnished. All amenities were available including kitchen and washing/cleaning materials. The WiFi was temporarily unavailable but we could use the WiFi outside of the next property. All in all we were very satisfied also with the service and quick response from the rental agency.
